Unique to this stay is a multi-use room. This bedroom has a queen Murphy bed that can be folded up when not in use. The mattress is a traditional spring mattress. The Murphy bed uses a hydraulic piston assist mechanism for raising and lowering. It houses a dedicated workspace with dual monitors, laptop stand and a Herman Miller chair. The desk is fixed. Dual monitors are on adjustable arms. Additionally, this room holds Bowflex adjustable dumbbells, fixed weight dumbells, yoga blocks, resistance bands and mats.

There is a dedicated washer and dryer in the laundry room. It is in the back of the house.

The outdoor space features a lush, maturing, visually appealing landscape. Rosemary, sage, thyme, mint and arugula pepper the yard and are available for your use. There may be greens, or whatever is seasonally viable, growing in one of our raised boxes. If mature, help yourself. Sometimes various varieties of mushrooms grow under the doug fir trees. During the summer you may have access to the fig tree, rainier cherry tree or blackberry bush if any are in bloom. There is a covered front porch perfect for standing around and watching the neighborhood go by. There is an open patio with a park bench set back from the property line. Additionally, there is a secret reading area hidden behind the two fir trees.
